This page says what Wolfsmund Lane Press collects when you use this site, what it is used for, and who handles it. We collect what is needed to sell and deliver a book, and nothing is sold to anyone.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, entered at checkout. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card details.
When you sign up for email: your email address, whether you enter it on this site or tick the box at checkout.
When you leave a review: the order number, star rating, text, and any name or photo you choose to include.
When you visit: the usual technical data a browser sends, and advertising measurement described below.
What it is used for
To print and ship your book, deliver your digital files, send your order confirmation and shipping notice, answer your questions, and show your review on this site if you gave consent. Your shipping address and phone number are passed to our printer, Lulu, so the book can be printed and posted to you.
If you opted in to email, we send occasional news about this edition and future books. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it.
Advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta pixel and Meta’s conversion tracking so we can tell which of our advertisements led to a purchase. Meta may set cookies and receive a hashed version of the email, phone number and address from an order, along with the pages you visited. You can limit this with your browser’s cookie settings and in your Meta advertising preferences.
Who handles your data
Stripe (payment), Lulu (printing and shipping), Resend (email), Supabase (our order and review database) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and to answer questions about your order. Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to have a review taken down, by emailing support@wolfsmundlanepress.com. We answer within a few days. Deleting order data does not undo a purchase or a shipment already made.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
